Great pedal for controlling your Darkglass amp. I own the Microtubes 900 V2 but the footswitch for that is always out of stock. After emailing darkglass, they confirmed that this ‘alpha omega’ super intelligent footswitch will do exactly the same job as the microtubes one. Now I can switch between VMT/B3k & clean with a simple stomp. 100% recommended for anyone with a DG MT or AO amp.

Ce footswitch permet de choisir entre 3 réglages prédéfinis via le Darkglass Suite (Clean, Mod, Alpha, Omega ; avec ou sans compresseur) avec un bouton par réglage plus un Mute qui a un bouton dédié, ce qui est le bienvenu (contrairement au footswitch d'origine où l'on peut passer du Clean au Mod avec un appui court, et au Mute avec un appui long).

Je conseille l'acquisition de cet article uniquement si le footswitch d'origine ne vous suffit pas : ce dernier présente des limites mais est suffisant dans la plupart des applications.

Nicht billig, aber lohnenswert!

Eine sinnvolle Ergänzung zum AO 900. Habe den Amp ursprünglich via MIDI gesteuert, mir ist allerdings relativ schnell klar geworden, dass ein eigener MIDI-Controller für diesen Amp und für meine Zwecke etwas oversized ist. Da ich den Controller anderweitig sinnvoll nutzen kann und mich der Standardfootswitch zu sehr einschränkt (lediglich1x Overdrive oder Clean plus Mute) ist es der SI geworden. Einfach zu konfigurieren (via PC mit USB über das Interface vom Amp), funktioniert hervorragend (3x belegbar mit Alpha, Omega, Mod, Clean oder Compressor plus eigener Mute-Switch) und er ist, typisch Darkglass, extrem gut und edel verarbeitet. Empfehlung!
