Amazing Pickups

These pickups sound amazing. The neck pickup is smooth, sexy and compressed. The bridge pickup is bright, sensitive and talkative. Both pickups together are balanced, clean and clear. They just have this magic sound about them. They sounds vintage but when you add a little overdrive they really shine. I put them in my American Tele and they will stay forever. Buy them. You won’t be disappointed.

I have 2 brad paisley telecasters, the other one have the original pickups which are to my ears more organic, and not as "hard" as these. They are close though, i just love the originals more.

1. Wertung nach kurzer Testphase:
Gesucht habe ich ein Paar, dass nicht zu dick aufträgt, trotzdem nicht schwächelt, Biss hat, wenn man ihn braucht, aber auch den leisen Ton gut umsetzt und , wenn alle sechs härter rangenommen werden, gut zu trennen weiß.-
Ich glaube, ich habe sie gefunden!

Le Son Brad Paisley sur ma télécaster

Monté sur une RI52 (Vintage 52) en frêne de 2005 les micros d'origine sont très équilibrés et polyvalent c'est un avantage pour la disto et les plans tranquilles bossa picking strumming. Obnubilé par le son de Brad j'ai décidé de monter le set Seymour La Brea.
Aucun problème de montage et de réglage c'est du standard, juste bien ajusté la hauteur des micros en s'y reprenant sur plusieurs essais, la position 2 est juste énorme une fois bien réglée.

La claque, on est complètement dans le registre medium et brillant de Brad, on obtient immédiatement le son qu'il y a dans le clip de présentation. Donc sur ce point c'est la note maximale. Après on va pas se mentir comme d'habitude sur tel ou tel ampli on peut avoir un résultat un peu différent mais l'essentiel et dans le jeu du guitariste (la il y a encore une sacré marge de progression avant d'atteindre le niveau de Paisley)

Le coté moins évident c'est la mise en saturation ils ne supportent pas la grosse saturation comme le faisaient mes précédents micros il faut y aller mollo et rester dans le domaine de l'overdrive avec ou sans compression.

En conclusion si vous êtes focalisé sur le son de Brad Paisley aucun souci c'est du tout bon si vous recherchez la polyvalence il faut rester sur du micro vintage standard.
