Great Instrument

I have a number of Seydel 1847 diatonic harmonicas and I love playing them.
However the chromatic de luxe steel is also a really beautiful instrument to play. It produces a clear true sound. The extra range can mean that I don't run into "Missing Notes" like I might when playing the diatonics.
I have previously played harmonicas made by other makers but I find Seydel to be airtight and take so much less effort to play.
I look forward to getting to be a better player and I expect that I will do so because of the quality of the instrument.

Bought it in the summer 2019, problems in november2019

Have a Swan 1248 for almost 3 years, is certainly not so windtight as the seydel for sure, is much heavier, sounds for sure far not like a seydel, but never had problems with it. Always did wat I expected.
Have this much more expensive 250 euro seydel Deluxe steel, some months, and have a lot of troubles with the windsavers, wich makes it now a days, already impossible t play with.
Would like to send it back, without cashback, because it becomes a nightmare to me.
Sounded extremely good in the beginning, awesome response, as it was recomended. But the quality of the windsavers, in my case, is extremely poor. The cheap 50 euro, Swan has better windsavers.

Parfait pour le débutant exigeant que je suis!

Debutant à l'harmonica chromatique mais ayant déjà une certaine expérience avec d'autres instruments, je souhaitais investir dans un instrument qui présenterait un rapport qualité/prix/durabilité intéressant.

Très satisfait de mes harmonicas diatoniques (1847 classic) Seydel, le choix de la marque s'est imposé naturellement. J'ai hésité avec le Saxony de la même marque avant d'opter pour le Deluxe Steel.

A la sortie de la boite, j'ai découvert un instrument très bien fini, à l'intonation parfaite et à la jouabilité exemplaire.

Utilisé quotidiennement, avec un minimum d'entretien et de respect des recommandations élémentaires, cet harmonica répond à toutes mes attentes.

Souhaitant investir dans un un deuxième instrument par précaution, je referai le même choix plutôt que tenter ma chance avec un autre modèle tant celui-ci me convient.

très bel objet, très agréable en bouche.

finition excellente, son très agréable à mon goût,

le déplacement est très facile, sans abimer les lèvres.

En main il est plus petit en épaisseur et profondeur, et ( 20 % )plus léger que l'équivalent Suzuki

Cet harmonica me convient parfaitement

J'ai eu un petit soucis sur l'harmo reçu, ce problème a été règlé très rapidement et très efficacement par Thomann de façon exemplaire Bravo à Seydel et Thomann
